Every Saturday morning, the THesis Hotel invites guests to experience a refreshing start to their weekend with an all-levels yoga class designed for relaxation and mindfulness. Participants will connect with their breath while engaging in gentle stretches, including poses such as Warrior II, Tree Pose, and the final relaxation, Savasana.

Meet the Instructors:
Bianca Natali | 200 RYT + Wellness Program Creator
Bianca founded the wellness program at THesis Hotel in 2022 and has since welcomed over 2,000 guests through her Saturday morning yoga classes and wellness events. She is dedicated to fostering a sense of community and collaborating with local wellness facilitators.
Gabriella Zelaya | 200 RYT + Guest Teacher
A Miami native, Gabriella discovered yoga 12 years ago and completed her 200-hour teacher training to deepen her practice. As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), she integrates mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork into her Vinyasa flows, ensuring a supportive environment for practitioners of all levels.
Leti Romano | 200 RYT + Guest Teacher
Leti’s yoga journey began in college, but it was her experience at Mimi Yoga in 2023 that revealed yoga’s healing potential. After earning her 200-hour instructor certification in early 2024, she focuses on gentle practices that promote growth through discomfort, finding strength amid challenges.
Stephanie Mejia | 200 RYT + Guest Teacher
Stephanie, a committed yoga practitioner, completed her 200-hour training at Mukta Yoga in Mexico City in October 2023. Specializing in Restorative Vinyasa, she leads classes that blend breath awareness with movement, offering a physically rewarding and mentally calming experience.
What to Bring:
Participants should bring their own yoga mats and water bottles. Yoga mat rentals are available for free but are limited.
Weather Policy:
Classes will proceed rain or shine, with a covered area available for inclement weather. However, classes will be canceled in the event of severe thunderstorms, and notifications will be sent via email.
Parking Information:
Guests can access the parking garage behind the hotel entrance on US1, with fees ranging from $3 to $5 per hour. Limited Pay by Phone parking spots are also available outside the hotel, and valet services are offered at varying rates.
Note:
Spaces for classes are limited, so please ensure to cancel your reservation if you cannot attend, allowing others the opportunity to participate. A waiver will need to be signed upon arrival.
