Start your weekend with a rejuvenating yoga experience in one of Miami’s hidden gems, the Kampong Botanical Gardens. Led by Sam Reynolds, a seasoned yoga instructor and founder of Cafe Namaste, this gentle morning vinyasa flow invites participants of all levels to reconnect with their body and mind amidst lush tropical scenery.

What to Expect:

  • Class Details:
    Held every Saturday from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (except holiday weekends), this all-levels yoga class incorporates dynamic and static movements, helping you energize and restore your body. Sam’s class is designed to adapt to all participants, making it accessible whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a beginner.
    Expect to leave feeling centered, refreshed, and recharged.
  • Added Perks:
    The class fee includes all-day admission to the beautiful Kampong gardens, allowing you to explore this enchanting space at your own pace. Your contribution also supports the preservation of this historic home and garden, which was once the estate of Dr. David Fairchild, a renowned botanical explorer.
    After class, feel free to bring a picnic, book, and enjoy the surroundings.
  • Location & Logistics:
    The Kampong is located at 4013 South Douglas Rd, Coconut Grove, with free parking available near the main entrance. The class will be held rain or shine in the Shokman Education Center, which provides a covered space.
    Be sure to bring a yoga mat, water, bug spray, and any other personal items to make your practice more comfortable.
