Join the Brown Goddess Collective™ for an uplifting community event, the “Golden Hour” sunrise meditation and gathering, happening every third Sunday of the month at North Beach, Miami (7275 Collins Ave).
This serene 1-hour monthly practice offers a sacred time to connect with yourself, the community, nature, and the divine as the sun rises over the horizon. Held during the magical Golden Hour, the session invites participants to set a positive tone for their day through mindful movement, intentional breathing, silent contemplation, and self-reflection.

Led by rotating teachers and facilitators from the BGC™ team, each session will follow a structured agenda but offer a fresh experience with different elements.
