Join us for an exciting event with yoga, sound healing, intention setting and refreshments happening at CoFitnessBuilding.

Event description: Go into the year with a clear level head, open heart, and with setting good intentions through yoga by @camillaolguin and a sound healing session by @lauraguirall (Divine Love Sound Healing Miami). We will end the event with a journaling exercise (with refreshments and snacks provided by Hideout 27) where the attendees will write a little bit about their intentions for the year, connect with one another and enjoy our space.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, a blanket/sweater (recommended to bring one if would like to feel warm and comfortable during sound healing session)
Limited space: Please sign up as space is limited
Cost: This event will be donation based
(Going to Miami Diaper Bank) feel free to donate what you can the day of the event anything between
$5-$30 will be highly appreciate by all the babies!
Itinerary:
– 10:15-10:45am: yoga session led by Camilla
– 10:45-11:30am: sound healing session led by Laura
– 11:30 – 11:40am: bonus Journaling session – Let’s set intentions for the year accompanied by refreshments (watermelon juice & ginger shots provided by Hideout27)
