  • The New Year Silent Meditation Retreat offers a unique opportunity to experience silence and disconnect from daily life. Led by senior wisdom teachers Amanda Gilbert and Michael Krass, the retreat focuses on mindfulness meditation and compassion. Participants can choose to attend for 1 or 2 days, providing a reset for the new year.The immersive retreat includes sitting and walking meditations, reflection periods, mindful eating practices, and wisdom talks. The retreat is conducted in noble silence, offering a special opportunity for self-investment. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is necessary.
