Moondays Sound Healing & Meditation welcomes participants aged 13 and above. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. This session requires no prior experience or skill, making it accessible to everyone. Attendees are encouraged to bring a comfortable mat, a small pillow, an optional bolster, a blanket, and a refillable water bottle. Seating is available to suit different preferences, ensuring a relaxed experience for all. The session will last approximately one hour, and parking is free and readily available.
Guests are kindly asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in and to settle in comfortably. Please note: Late arrivals will not be permitted out of respect for all participants, as entering more than 10 minutes after the session begins can disrupt the atmosphere of the intimate space. It is important to plan accordingly and ensure prompt arrival. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, attendees are encouraged to contact the event coordinator, Christina, at 786-316-6893.
