In-person class: French Macaron (Miami)

This interactive and engaging class, led by a classically trained Pastry Chef Instructor, will walk you through the entire process of making macarons, making it simple enough to recreate in your own kitchen.
From the mysterious process of macaronage (meringue mixing) to piping, baking, and assembling the cookies, you’ll be guided step-by-step. You’ll also explore a variety of filling flavors, including white chocolate ganache, fruit preserves, and dulce de leche, adding your personal twist to these delectable treats. Whether you’re an experienced baker or a complete beginner, this class is designed for everyone. You can actively participate in every step, or simply observe and taste-test throughout the process.
No prior experience is necessary, and all equipment and ingredients will be provided, easily sourced from local markets for those looking to recreate the experience at home. Participants within the same booking group will share ingredients and equipment, working together to create their delicious masterpieces.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Drinks are not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or champagne to enjoy during the class. This experience is also friendly to those with dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, gluten-free, fish-free, and shellfish-free options.
