Guided by knowledgeable storytellers, you’ll explore the rich history of the estate while learning about its previous inhabitants, significant events, and the eerie paranormal encounters experienced by visitors and staff alike. Walk along the very paths once traveled by Indigenous peoples, Miami’s early settlers, and even Charles Deering himself, as the past comes to life in this captivating tour.

Come prepared for an immersive experience—closed-toe shoes are required, and don’t forget to bring a flashlight and some mosquito repellent for your comfort. The tour offers limited use of paranormal investigation tools, such as pendulums, dowsing rods, and EMF meters, but feel free to bring your own equipment and cameras to capture any ghostly encounters! Be advised, some of the subject matter may be mature, making this program suitable for adults and youth ages 9 and older.

Check-in begins at the Main Gate, and we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event. The tour begins promptly as scheduled, and late arrivals will unfortunately not be accommodated. Don’t miss your chance to walk through history—if you dare!
