Join the community on Friday, November 15th, 2024, for a special Beaver Full Moon event, featuring Sunset Yoga and Sound Healing at 4:44 PM, followed by the largest regular drum circle in the U.S. at 6 PM. This magical evening will take place near the 80th lifeguard stand at Miami Beach, offering a transformative experience for all ages.
The event begins with a rejuvenating yoga session, led by volunteers, and enhanced by sound healing with instruments like rain sticks, bells, gongs, and more. Participants are encouraged to bring their own instruments or borrow from the community. Mermaid fans are invited to join the fun by wearing mermaid-themed outfits or bringing fins for a photo shoot on the beach.
After yoga, the drum circle will kick off at around 6 PM, welcoming drummers, dancers, and flow artists to create and share in the energy of the full moon. Everyone is invited to bring yoga mats, musical instruments, drums, LED props, and extra blankets to fully enjoy the night under the stars. Be sure to invite friends and family, and don’t forget to pack food, drinks, and your own reusable cups—leave no trace and help keep the beach clean.
Volunteers for yoga and sound captains are welcome to sign up on-site at 4:00 PM to help lead the event. Free parking is available after 6 PM, but attendees are advised to double-check the parking meters and signs to avoid any issues.
Join us for this celebration of community, music, and movement at 7901 Collins Avenue, just 100-150 feet north of the 80th lifeguard stand. The event is open to all ages and encourages everyone to embrace the spirit of the full moon.
