Textile artist and IMM Librarian, Carrie Sieh, will kick off the workshop with an engaging lecture on the global history of decorative embroidery. Following this, she will guide participants through the process of transferring designs, preparing fabric, and mastering basic embroidery stitches.

- Create Your Own Piece: Produce a handmade embroidery piece. Choose to create an applique or embroider directly on your own garment.
