There’s nothing more precious or powerful in life than true intimacy with ourselves and those we love. Unfortunately the stresses and traumas of everyday life get in the way of this transformational intimacy.

Thankfully there are ancient practices to re-establish this connection, and modern science has proven them.

For centuries in the east, Tantra has been the path to liberation from fear, shame, guilt and isolation. Despite modern taboos or pre-conceived notions, Tantra is about so much more than sex. It’s about reconnecting with your own source of unconditional LOVE.

Tantric practices teach us how to feel fully alive, with a heightened sense of pleasure and self-awareness. When we awaken to the healing power of our own intimacy and being available to all our sensations and emotions. We also get to experience the gifts of sacred sexuality, and our intuitive intelligence.

During this intimate experience, Michelle will guide you through expansive tantric breathing, ecstatic movement, conscious touch, authentic communication, and intentional meditative experiences.

Class will close with a soothing sound experience that includes drumming, sound bowls, Native American flutes, and other instruments.

Important note: This workshop is fully clothed with exercises (only with the parter you join with) that are introductory, consensual, and non-mandatory and based in authentic communication.

Who:

Mindset, Energy, Sex, and Intimacy Coach Michelle Alva has a background in physical therapy, hypnosis, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Time Dynamics®, tantra, integrative yoga therapy, sound healing, PSYCH-K®, mindfulness-based meditation, belly dance, and shamanism.

There is metered parking alongside the streets of Upper Buena Vista on NE 2nd Avenue as well as NE 50th Terrace. Do NOT park in residential zone – they do tow.
