8:45 AM – Check-In & Light Breakfast: Begin your day with a warm welcome, enjoying coffee and a light breakfast as you prepare to embark on a day of self-discovery and empowerment.
9:15 AM – Ice Breaker, Opening Meditation & Empowering Talks: Engage in a transformative ice breaker activity followed by a grounding meditation session. Be inspired by insightful talks from notable speakers including Ajaluna, Marylee Marre, a specialist in Functional Medicine, and Marcy Siegal, a renowned Mom Coach.
10:00 AM – Barreless Barre Class: Move your body in a refreshing 45-minute Barreless Barre class led by Pure Barre FTL. Enjoy the freedom of this class in both an outdoor green space and an indoor yoga room, blending fitness with the beauty of nature.
