  • Clinical Applications: Study Qi theory, types and dysfunctions of Qi, the Meridian System, and the Visceral System. Learn about Meridian Circuit Flow, pathways, the Meridian Clock, and Hand and Foot Meridian Points.
  • Advanced Practices: Understand Myofascial Meridians, Meridian & Chakra connections, and techniques like Guasha Treatment, Meridian Tapping & Palpation, and dietary considerations based on Chinese Medicine.

Meridian Yin Yoga:

  • Theoretical Framework: Gain insights into Yin Yoga theory and practice, including the Yin Yoga Sutras, the Creep Effect, and the Stress Relaxation Response.
