Join Jared Bistrong, Lex Schmidt, and Sofi Dias for an immersive Full Moon Beach Sound Healing experience featuring silent headphones. This transformative event begins with soothing Full Moon meditation elixirs provided by Orion Herbs. Each participant will don a set of silent headphones to embark on a guided meditation journey, complemented by movement and breathwork sessions accompanied by live drumming.

As the evening unfolds, participants will lie down and delve into a unique meditative soundscape that features an enchanting blend of ancient flutes, hand-made didgeridoos, African harps (ngoni), shamanic drumming, singing bowls, gongs, and dueling handpans. This celestial voyage is designed to leave attendees feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and blissfully present.

The gathering will take place on the beach at 6:00 PM, with the meditation commencing at 6:30 PM. Attendees are encouraged to bring a towel, mat, or blanket and prepare for a blend of movement and deep relaxation during the sound meditation.

Who: Jared Bistrong, founder of the Miami Sound Institute and the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra; Lex Schmidt, a Berklee-trained musician and local percussionist; and Sofi Dias, a renowned handpan player, composer, and educator.
Where: Faena Hotel, 3201 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach.
Parking: Valet parking is available at Faena Hotel, or attendees may use the municipal lot located one block north.
What to Bring: A towel, mat or blanket, a refillable water bottle, and an open heart.
