Rooftop Sunset Yoga + Live Music with Cacao Blessing

Led by Tania Castellanos, the cacao blessing sets the tone for the evening, inviting participants to relax and connect with their hearts. Following this, Radha guides attendees through a gentle Yin yoga flow, designed to awaken and rejuvenate the body.
What elevates this experience is the enchanting live music provided by Benjamin Smiles and his friends. Their soulful melodies create a harmonious atmosphere that resonates with the beauty of the sunset, allowing the urban noise to fade away. As the sun sets, participants can immerse themselves in the soothing sounds of the music, creating a serene backdrop for their practice.
To conclude the evening, Radha and Carmen Matta facilitate a sound bath, where participants can melt into alignment and let the healing vibrations of sound bowls foster a sense of balance across mind, body, and spirit.
