Dip Your Toes In: Sunrise Yoga & Beach Cleanup
Rosé & Hustle is thrilled to announce its inaugural community service event, “Dip Your Toes In,” designed to promote mindfulness and environmental stewardship. This event will kick off with a serene sunrise yoga and meditation session led by holistic psychotherapist Phylice Kessler, offering participants a peaceful way to start their weekend.
On Saturday, November 2nd, attendees are invited to gather at Fort Lauderdale Beach at 7:30 AM for an invigorating yoga session, followed by a community beach cleanup coordinated by Natalie Faron and Rosé & Hustle until 10:30 AM. This unique event provides an excellent opportunity to connect with nature, give back to the community, and enjoy a mindful morning.

All necessary tools for the cleanup will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring:

- Sunscreen and protective sunwear
- A towel for the yoga session
After the cleanup, attendees can continue the camaraderie with brunch at a nearby restaurant, with meals at their own expense. This is a wonderful way to make a positive impact while enjoying the company of like-minded individuals.
Spaces are limited, so it’s essential to reserve a spot early. Participants are asked to meet in the parking lot at 3115 Vistamar St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304, located next to Trulucks and Paramount.
