 ise yoga and meditation session led by holistic psychotherapist Phylice Ke
 ssler\, offering participants a peaceful way to start their weekend.\n\nOn
  Saturday\, November 2nd\, attendees are invited to gather at Fort Lauderd
 ale Beach at 7:30 AM for an invigorating yoga session\, followed by a comm
 unity beach cleanup coordinated by Natalie Faron and Rosé &amp\; Hustle u
 ntil 10:30 AM. This unique event provides an excellent opportunity to conn
 ect with nature\, give back to the community\, and enjoy a mindful morning
