Designed for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just beginning your mindfulness journey, this in-person event provides the perfect environment to recharge for the week ahead. Participants are invited to bring their yoga mats, as everything else needed for the session will be provided.
Attendees should arrive by 10:45 a.m. to settle in, with free street parking available nearby. The event takes place on the second floor, offering a peaceful, distraction-free atmosphere.
