What’s Provided:

• Hydration and refreshing drinks to keep you energized throughout the event.
• Complimentary towels for use during the cold plunge and after your padel session.
• High-quality racquets and equipment to enhance your playing experience.
• Expert pros with awesome attitudes to guide and inspire you every step of the way!
• Showers and changing rooms

What to Bring:

• Your awesome attitude and enthusiasm for padel and wellness!
• Sports attire suitable for physical activity, along with tennis shoes (avoid shoes with high heels).
• Don’t forget your bathing suit if you’re planning to take a dip in the cold plunge!

2:30 PM – Arrival & Registration:

• Upon arrival, a Breathe ambassador will welcome you at the entrance. Simply ask for “Breathe” to be directed to the event.
• Get registered, grab your racquet, and prepare for an afternoon of excitement!

2:45 PM – Kick-off & Introductions:

• Gather as a group for a lively kick-off session hosted by the Breathe and Reserve team.
• Learn about the day’s agenda and what to expect from this unique social experience.

3:00 PM – On-Court Training Sessions:

• Beginners will be split into groups of four and rotate through stations to learn the fundamentals of padel.
  • Forehand Technique: Master the art of the forehand stroke with personalized instruction.
  • Backhand Technique: Hone your backhand skills under the guidance of our expert coaches.
  • Hitting off the Wall: Practice your shots against the wall and improve your accuracy.
  • Doubles Games: Put your skills to the test in friendly doubles matches and have a blast on the court!
• For Advanced Players (Court 3): Advanced players will engage in dynamic games designed to challenge their skills and elevate their gameplay to the next level.
  • Dynamic Games:
    • Experience fast-paced games like Dinkles and Liveball that test your agility, reflexes, and decision-making.
    • Engage in competitive matches against fellow advanced players, fostering camaraderie and friendly competition.
    • Rotate partners every four points to mix up gameplay and adapt to different playing styles.
  • Strategic Coaching:
    • Receive strategic advice and tactical insights from our experienced coaches to sharpen your game.
    • Learn advanced techniques such as shot placement, court positioning, and shot selection to gain a competitive edge.
    • Refine your game under the guidance of professionals who are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.

3:45 PM – Recovery & Rejuvenation:

• It’s time to unwind and recharge! The bar opens up, offering a selection of refreshing beverages to quench your thirst.
• Brave the cold plunge and experience the invigorating sensation of icy waters.
• Join a guided breathwork session to relax and center yourself after an exhilarating day on the court.

4:30 PM – Celebration & Group Activities:

• As the bar remains open until 5:00 PM, mingle with fellow participants and celebrate the bonds forged on the padel court.
• Test your detective skills as we reveal the truths and lies in our entertaining game of “2 Truths & a Lie.”
• Capture the memories with a group photo to commemorate the friendships and fun shared at Padel Playhouse.
