In this Mat Pilates Sculpt class, you’ll flow through a dynamic series of body-sculpting sequences designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize your entire body. Using just your mat (and optional light props), we’ll focus on:

🌸 Closing Meditation (10 minutes)
After class, we’ll transition seamlessly into a grounding meditation practice. You’ll be guided through breathwork and visualization techniques to help reset your nervous system, release stress, and drop into a state of presence. This meditation creates space for clarity, healing, and self-love—leaving you refreshed, balanced, and glowing from within.
