Nestled in the lush surroundings of The Kampong in Coconut Grove, this gentle Vinyasa flow is led by Sam Reynolds, a Miami-based yoga instructor and founder of the wellness community Café Namaste. Designed to harmonize movement, breath, and meditation, this class offers a peaceful retreat that leaves participants feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply connected to nature.

Class Details

🧘 Schedule: Saturdays, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (excluding holiday weekends)
🌿 Class Style: All-levels Morning Flow, blending dynamic and static movements to energize and restore the body. Each participant is encouraged to adapt the session to their own practice while enjoying the breathtaking tropical scenery.
🎟 Class Perks: Includes all-day admission to The Kampong, with part of the fee supporting the preservation of this historic home and garden.
📍 Location: 4013 South Douglas Rd, Miami, FL (Held rain or shine at the open-air, covered Shokman Education Center)
🚗 Parking: Free parking available next to the main entrance.

How to Register

💰 Cost: $25 per session | $18 for Kampong members (Become a member for discounted rates!)
📞 Sign Up: Register directly through The Kampong website or call (305) 442-7169.
📌 Check-in: Upon arrival, please visit the main office before heading to class.

Minimum of 5 participants required. If the minimum is not met by 9 AM on Saturday, class will be postponed, and a full refund or ticket transfer will be provided.
