This event serves as a platform for like-minded individuals to connect, engage in meaningful discussions, and cultivate new relationships in a high-vibe atmosphere. Attendees can look forward to an interactive relating exercise designed to deepen connections among participants.
Meet the Hosts:
- Agustina Caminos: As the Wellness Director at Faena Group and Spa Director at Faena Hotel Miami Beach, Agustina is a Pranic Healing instructor, therapist, yoga professor, and alternative medicine practitioner with extensive experience in holistic wellness.
- Aldo Jaquez: A certified Breathwork and Meditation teacher from the Dominican Republic, Aldo is dedicated to self-exploration and consciousness. With 14 years in hospitality and a degree from Boston University, he combines his people skills and charisma to help others elevate their mindset and practices.
- Alexandra Sheth: With a B.S. in Neuroscience and a Master of Public Health from The University of Michigan, Alexandra founded Sheth Studios, LLC. Her private somatic studio focuses on mental health, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation through in-person and virtual classes.
- Brenda Berys: The Founder and CEO of But of Course Productions, Brenda specializes in creating immersive and transformational events that foster personal and business growth. She also established Beyond the Gut, an event focused on gut health and the brain-gut axis.
- Brittany Berger: An artist, author, and motivational speaker, Brittany founded The Mindful Music Lab, Miami’s first female-founded mindful recording studio. She hosts wellness events aimed at improving mental health in the music industry and recently released her debut meditation album, MIND FULL.
- Brooke Gramer: With over 12 years in marketing and events, Brooke loves crafting memorable experiences. As a certified life coach, she is passionate about personal growth and spirituality, creating spaces that inspire joy and positive impact.
- Edan Harari: The founder of Kinetic Body Therapy in Miami Beach and NYC, Edan is an authority in manual therapy and practical hands-on energy work.
- Emily Bench: Co-founder of Pilathon, one of Miami’s premier Pilates studios, Emily is also a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
- Emilia Garth: A multilingual artist, Emilia blends meditative songs with vibrant Indigenous chants collected from her travels. She shares her music at retreats and festivals worldwide.
- Dr. Frank Anderson: A seasoned meditator and academic physician, Dr. Anderson is a professor and chair at Florida International University’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.
- Jared Bistrong: The founder of Miami Sound Institute and the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra, Jared has been a pioneer in Sound Healing for over 25 years, producing large-scale community sound healing events across South Florida.
- Kathy Wong: A certified health and wellness coach and relationship therapist, Kathy utilizes the Gottman Method to help clients achieve personal and professional goals.
- Laura Luque: A trained physician and alternative medicine practitioner, Laura combines her knowledge of human physiology, sound facilitation, and holistic health in her practice.
- LeoM: Dedicated to raising awareness through sound therapy, guided meditation, breathwork, and yoga, LeoM aims to promote overall wellness.
- Dr. Lindsay Bira, Ph.D.: A clinical health psychologist specializing in trauma and resilience, Dr. Bira founded Ocean Oriented™️ Expeditions to help individuals reset their nervous systems through freediving.
- Luchi Estevez: A spiritual amplifier and cosmic healer, Luchi offers personalized Healing HeArt & Light Activations to help individuals discover their unique gifts.
- Myk Likhov: Founder of Modern ŌM, Myk is a wellness entrepreneur and investor with 17 years of experience in the field, recognized as a leader in Miami’s wellness community.
- Namrata Milan: A spiritual entrepreneur and Yogi, Namrata helps individuals find inner peace through ancient wisdom and is a certified yoga teacher and Reiki master.
- Paula Landron: A breathwork facilitator and fitness instructor, Paula manages events at Modern ŌM and is passionate about promoting wellness.
- Sam Reynolds: As a yoga teacher and founder of Cafe Namaste, Sam merges yoga expertise with holistic wellness to create a mindful community.
- Taylor Pascoe: A passionate connector in the conscious community, Taylor also leads fundraising initiatives for Conde Nast and Sports Illustrated Resorts.
- Tiffany Levy: With over 1,000 hours of RYT certification and an MBA, Tiffany co-founded Yogiinvaders and 420 Space Yoga, leading retreats and workshops worldwide.
