Ice Bath Experience: After the yoga class, immerse yourself in the ice bath experience. While it may seem intimidating, rest assured it’s a refreshing and invigorating journey guided by our experienced team. No prior experience is necessary. This ancient therapy has been revered for centuries for its ability to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, uplift mood, and enhance overall wellness.
