Event Type
Join Alexandra Sheth, a Master of Public Health, for a transformative Trauma-Informed East-Meets-West Workshop aimed at regulating the nervous system and fostering emotional resiliency. Through a fusion of ancient practices and modern neuroscience, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. There are many amazing things to do in June but this can be one of the best workshops you attend.
Workshop Highlights
In this immersive experience, Alexandra delves into the realms of Somatics, Breathwork, and the 5-Elements of Chinese Medicine. By weaving together these diverse modalities, participants can unlock energetic blockages and enhance total brain-body harmony, leading to a profound sense of catharsis and emotional release. Expect to leave the workshop feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, your community, and humanity at large.
