Following this dynamic session, ease into a state of calm with a soothing yin yoga practice and an immersive sound bath led by Camimi Palomeque.

After the session, participants are invited to further unwind by indulging in the indoor baths, which are included in the $75 fee. It’s an ideal way to end the evening, allowing the body to relax and the mind to center.
