Awaken In Nature Winter Daylong Mindfulness Retreat is a unique 8-hour immersion experience designed to support contemplative insight and foster connection with nature. Led by Suzanne Jewell, Chief Experience Officer of Patch of Heaven Sanctuary, and other experienced teachers, this retreat combines mindfulness practices, guided meditation, mindful movement, and sound healing.
The day invites participants to disconnect from technology, explore the Mindful Pocket Park, and immerse themselves in the soothing rhythms of nature. Through guided walks, silent mindful eating, and reflective sessions, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of mindfulness in nature and its potential benefits for reducing anxiety.
