The Human Growth Foundation invites all nurses to attend the “All Nurses’ Symposium: On Land & Sea,” a unique event that spans both land and sea.

Land Portion:
The symposium begins at the Gabriel Miami Downtown on Thursday, October 24th, and continues through Friday, October 25th, 2024.

Sea Portion:
Following the land sessions, attendees will embark on the Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas for the sea portion of the symposium, running from Friday, October 25th, to Monday, October 28th, 2024.

Important Notice:
Attendees must book their cruise reservations through the Human Growth Foundation. Reservations made through third-party vendors, including Royal Caribbean, will not grant access to the symposium’s sea sessions or provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) or Continuing Education Units (CEU) credits.
