The Human Growth Foundation invites healthcare professionals to the All Nurses’ Symposium: On Land & Sea, a unique event that combines professional development with a luxurious experience.

The symposium begins on land at the Gabriel Miami Downtown on Thursday, October 24th, 2024, and continues through Friday, October 25th. Following the Miami-based sessions, participants will transition on sea aboard Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas Cruise from Friday, October 25th, through Monday, October 28th, 2024. This two-part event offers an engaging and dynamic setting, combining educational sessions with a relaxing cruise experience.

Participants should note that booking a cruise ticket separately through a non-HGF third party, including directly with Royal Caribbean, will exclude access to the HGF On Sea Symposium and the ability to receive continuing education credits.

By attending the full symposium, from October 24th to 28th, nurses will earn nine Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and five Continuing Medical Education credits (CMEs), enhancing both their knowledge and credentials in a stimulating environment.

This symposium offers a valuable opportunity to stay informed about the latest advancements in nursing, gain critical insights, and network with fellow professionals—all while enjoying the beautiful setting of Miami and the open seas.
