Goddess Sunrise Beach Meditation + Gathering
Brown Goddess Collective™ warmly invites you to join their community for the Goddess Sunrise Beach Meditation & Gathering, held every 3rd Sunday of the month at Crandon Park Beach (South – 1st entrance) in Key Biscayne, FL.
This one-hour monthly practice offers a serene opportunity to connect with yourself, the divine, the community, and the natural world. As the sun rises, participants will engage in a variety of activities designed to set a positive tone for the day. These include gentle body movements, intentional breathing, silent contemplation, and self-reflection.
Sunrise meditations provide numerous benefits, such as improved focus, reduced stress and anxiety, and enhanced overall health. Each session is led by different teachers and facilitators from the BGC™ team, ensuring a unique experience every time. These rotating hosts will guide the meditation and hold space for the group, bringing their own special touch to the practice.
While each gathering follows a similar structure, the components will vary, offering fresh perspectives and experiences at each event.
