Join the magical Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing at the 80th Lifeguard Stand in Miami Beach on Thursday, October 17, 2024, to celebrate the Hunter’s Full Moon. The evening begins with Sunset Yoga & Sound Healing at 4:44 PM, followed by the largest regular community Drum Circle in the U.S., starting at 6 PM.
Participants are invited to bring their yoga mats, musical instruments, and even LED props for a night of dancing, jamming, and flowing with the community. Feel free to join as a volunteer Yoga or Sound Captain—just arrive at 4:00 PM with your instruments (rain sticks, bells, gongs, flutes, etc.) or borrow one onsite.
For mermaid enthusiasts, this event will also feature a fun photo shoot! Wear your mermaid yoga pants or bring fins for a unique opportunity to capture the beach vibe.
Location Details:
- Event Site: 100-150 feet north of the 80th Lifeguard Stand (80th and Collins). Walk through the park or use the 79th & Collins walkway.
- Parking: Free after 6 PM (please check meters and signs where you park).
- What to Bring: Yoga mats, extra blankets, food, drinks (for yourself and to share), musical instruments, and props. Be sure to clean up after yourself—leave no trace!
This event is open to all ages, so invite friends and family for an evening of community, healing, and connection. The drum circle will continue into the night, creating an unforgettable experience under the full moon. BYOC (Bring Your Own Cup) and come prepared to enjoy an inclusive, joyful gathering!
