Understanding Breathwork: Breathwork is a therapeutic technique designed to access deeper layers of the self. It serves as an active meditation, creating space for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. By shifting brain waves from beta to alpha and theta, Breathwork aids in releasing old patterns, fears, and traumas, allowing for profound expansion and growth.

With a background in healthcare sales and an MBA, Gina offers a unique perspective that combines Western medicine knowledge with holistic healing practices.
