A Yogilates experience that blends yoga, Pilates, and immersive visuals for a workout that tones the body and uplifts the mind.

We’re not just moving, we’re sculpting. Join me for 45 minutes of Pilates Sculpt, strength, sweat, and a serious burn that leaves you feeling unstoppable. Then we’ll finish with a 15-minute yoga stretching session to reset your mind and leave you recharged.

This 60-minute class is designed to sculpt, stretch, and strengthen through breath and mindful movement, all set inside the visually stunning ARTXSPACE.
