  their journey with a traditional Japanese tea ceremony led by esteemed we
 llness instructor Mica Luna. Through the mindful preparation and presentat
 ion of ceremonial matcha\, participants will experience a heightened state
  of focus and consciousness\, fostering a profound sense of inner balance.
  This meditative ritual will seamlessly flow into a Reiki-infused meditati
 on\, where the harmonious sounds of Japanese bells and Tibetan singing bow
 ls will guide guests through an immersive energy-healing session\, deepeni
 ng relaxation and awareness.\n\nFollowing this moment of tranquility\, att
 endees will engage in a hands-on ceramics experience led by renowned local
  ceramist Erica Lores. With intentionality and creative expression at the 
 forefront\, participants will sculpt their own matcha tea cup or bowl usin
 g high-quality stoneware clay. Each piece will be fired post-retreat\, tra
 nsforming raw clay into a functional work of art infused with personal mea
 ning and mindfulness.\n\nTo further enrich the experience\, guests will en
 joy delectable offerings\, including artisanal bagels from El Bagel\, refr
 eshing beverages by Kin Euphorics\, delightful sweets crafted by Misha Bak
