SUMMARY:Zen Retreat: A Matcha and Clay Experience
DESCRIPTION:Step into a day of mindfulness\, relaxation\, and creativity at
  this intimate Zen Retreat. This unique experience offers a chance to rech
 arge\, connect with others\, and engage deeply with the present moment. Gu
 ests will indulge in delicious offerings from El Bagel\, sip on refreshing
  drinks by Kin Euphorics\, enjoy sweets from Misha Bakes It\, and apprecia
 te beautiful floral arrangements by Neroli Blume.\nThe retreat begins with
  a traditional Japanese tea ceremony\, led by local wellness instructor Mi
 ca Luna. This ceremony will involve the mindful preparation and presentati
 on of matcha\, a tea known for enhancing focus and consciousness\, setting
  the stage for a meditative experience. Afterward\, participants will enjo
 y a Reiki-infused meditation accompanied by the calming sounds of Japanese
  bells and Tibetan bowls\, guiding them through a journey of energy healin
 g\, mindful breathing\, and deep relaxation.\nIn the second half of the da
 y\, participants will tap into their creative potential with a hands-on ce
 ramics workshop led by local artist Erica Lores. The experience invites gu
 ests to set their intentions while sculpting their own matcha tea cup or b
 owl out of stoneware clay. Each piece will be fired and glazed after the r
 etreat\, allowing attendees to carry home a tangible reminder of their cre
 ative journey.\nThis retreat is an opportunity to blend art with mindfulne
 ss\, bringing intention and focus into every aspect of the experience. Lim
