 	Join Jared Bistrong of the Miami Sound Institute for a 6-week introductio
 n to hand drumming program. This program focuses on the basics of drumming
 \, particularly the Djembe drum\, and explores various aspects of percussi
 on instruments. The class aims to help participants develop a powerful cul
 tivation practice around drumming for personal meditation and wellness. Th
 e curriculum covers the history of different drums and percussion instrume
 nts\, specific techniques and exercises\, and traditional/non-traditional 
 rhythms from around the world. Participants will also learn drumming etiqu
 ette. No prior experience is necessary\, but participants must bring their
  own hand drum. Upon completion\, attendees can continue with discounted d
