 yan Room or outdoors on the lush lawn\, depending on the weather.\n\nDesig
 ned with beginners in mind\, yet equally enriching for seasoned practition
 ers\, the class focuses on fundamental Tai Chi movements that promote mind
 fulness and relaxation. Through gentle\, flowing sequences\, participants 
 will enhance their flexibility\, build strength\, and improve overall bala
 nce. Tai Chi’s low-impact nature stimulates deep breathing and encourage
 s healthy blood circulation\, making it a safe and accessible practice for
  individuals of all fitness levels.\n\nAttendees are encouraged to wear co
 mfortable clothing and supportive footwear to ensure ease of movement. Bri
 nging a water bottle is recommended for hydration\, and while mask-wearing
  remains optional\, participants should prioritize their comfort and well-
