 class for all levels. Every Tuesday at 7:30 AM\, Sofia guides participants
  through a mindful yoga practice\, set against the breathtaking backdrop o
 f the Miami Beach sunrise and the soothing sound of ocean waves. Held at S
 outh Pointe Beach near the Jetty Lifeguard Tower\, this is an opportunity 
 to connect with nature while enhancing your physical and mental well-being
 .\n\nParticipants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or towel\, an
 d free parking is available until 9 AM in front of Nikki Beach\, making it
  convenient for early risers to join the session.\n\nAbout the Teacher: So
 fia is a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance USA and has a deep p
 assion for teaching. Originally from Moscow\, Russia\, Sofia earned a law 
 degree and spent years working in civil law before she embarked on a life-
 changing journey in 2017. That year\, she moved to India to receive tradit
 ional yoga training from experienced Indian teachers and practitioners. Ov
 er the years\, she traveled extensively through India\, Nepal\, Sri Lanka\
 , and Indonesia\, exploring different yoga styles and deepening her practi
 ce.\n\nNow based in Miami\, Sofia shares her wisdom with students worldwid
 e\, teaching Vinyasa\, Hatha\, Power\, and Slow Flow Yoga in both private 
 and group settings. She also leads group classes at Freedom Fitness. Her t
 eaching style is rooted in a blend of traditional practices and modern tec
 hniques\, making yoga accessible and beneficial for practitioners at any l
