 s—Ice Bath\, Sound Bath\, or Yoga—all running simultaneously. Ice bath
  classes begin at 10:15 AM.\n 	Kids’ Fitness: Bring your children along 
 for a 45-minute workout at our state-of-the-art OCR Gym while you enjoy yo
 ur class. Kids under 16 attend for free!\n 	Kosher Lunch &amp\; Award Cere
 mony: Recharge with a full Kosher lunch while connecting with fellow atten
 dees. Be inspired by the stories of the amazing work JI4Life does\, follow

  	Breathwork &amp\; Ice Bath Class with Miami Ice Club\nExperience a trans
 formative 1-hour session led by Miami Ice Club\, featuring breathwork and 
 a two-minute ice bath. Separate classes are provided for men and women\, e
 nsuring a comfortable space for everyone. Under the expert guidance of Don
 ato Helbling\, a certified Wim Hof Method instructor\, this class will tea
 ch you breath control techniques that prepare you for a calm and centered 
 ice bath experience. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cold-plunge
 r\, this class promises to be an invigorating journey into the benefits of
  cold therapy.\n 	Sound Bath Meditation Class\nDive into a 45-minute Sound
  Bath Meditation designed to relax and balance your mind and body. Partici
 pants will be guided into a comfortable position to absorb the therapeutic
  sounds and vibrations from various instruments like crystal bowls\, chime
 s\, and gongs. The immersive\, full-body listening experience is aimed at 
 creating deep inner peace and restoration.\n 	Beginner Yoga Class\nPerfect
  for those new to yoga\, this 45-minute class brings together movement\, b
 reathwork\, and meditation to align your body and mind. The session focuse
 s on improving posture\, flexibility\, strength\, and balance while foster
