 ga Vinyasa method\, maintaining a steady yet fluid pace where postures sea
 mlessly transition into a choreographed sequence. With minimal verbal inst
 ruction\, the practice is guided through traditional Sanskrit counting\, a
 llowing participants to cultivate focus\, stamina\, strength\, and flexibi
 lity. The rhythmic flow of movement and breath transforms the session into
  a full-body meditation\, unlocking new levels of awareness and inner stil
