  land and sea.\n\nLand Portion:\nThe symposium begins at the Gabriel Miami
  Downtown on Thursday\, October 24th\, and continues through Friday\, Octo
 ber 25th\, 2024.\n\nSea Portion:\nFollowing the land sessions\, attendees 
 will embark on the Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas for the sea port
 ion of the symposium\, running from Friday\, October 25th\, to Monday\, Oc
 tober 28th\, 2024.\n\nImportant Notice:\nAttendees must book their cruise 
 reservations through the Human Growth Foundation. Reservations made throug
 h third-party vendors\, including Royal Caribbean\, will not grant access 
 to the symposium's sea sessions or provide Continuing Medical Education (C
