 g program at the Modern ŌM Bungalow. This program explores the basics of 
 drumming\, with a focus on the Djembe drum\, and covers various aspects of
  percussion instruments. The class aims to develop a powerful cultivation 
 practice around drumming\, promoting personal meditation and wellness. Par
 ticipants will learn the history of different drums\, specific techniques\
 , exercises\, and traditional/non-traditional rhythms from around the worl
 d. Drumming etiquette will also be covered. No prior experience is necessa
 ry\, but participants must bring their own hand drum. Jared can assist in 
 finding and purchasing drums. Upon completing the program\, participants c
