  on Sunday\, October 6th\, 2024\, at 9:30 AM. Participants will enjoy a dy
 namic 45-minute "tone + flow" Pilates class designed to sculpt\, strengthe
 n\, and lengthen the entire body\, followed by a calming mini-meditation s
 ession. The stunning ocean views will serve as the perfect backdrop for th
 is morning of fitness and relaxation.\n\nEach attendee will receive specia

 ll be eligible for these giveaways. The event requires a minimum donation
