 enue. In 1979\, the district was officially listed on the National Registe
 r of Historic Places. Recognized as the first urban neighborhood of the 20
 th century in the United States\, it boasts over 800 structures that date 
 back to the 1920s and 1930s. However\, these buildings are not just relics
